Glitz and glamour and the dying dog

People pass. Some glance down but most ignore it.
It lies tired, breathing deeply blocking the main entrance to the mall. It's eyes are closing and it seems to have given up.
How did it end up here?

We ask a man.

"It is not our responsibility."

Guess the RSPCA doesn't exist here.

These photos of dogs are street dogs they aren't  the ones from the mall, but tomorrow maybe they will be.
